Scrubber Pipe Repair Work

Arresting leaks in exhaust gas scrubber lines

The scope of this task includes the supply of qualified technicians and the supply of engine store materials required to perform repairs on the scrubber pipe to arrest any leaks.

Scrubber pipework corrodes hard and fails where it is least accessible. Because we supply engine stores as well as manpower, the consumables, gaskets, plate and pipe sections needed for the repair are quoted and mobilised with the team — not chased separately once the job has already opened up.

  • Qualified technicians supplied to the scope
  • Engine store materials supplied with the labour
  • Leaks located, arrested and pressure checked

Repair questions

Planning a docking or facing a defect that will not wait? Talk to us early — scope clarity saves days.

Talk To Us

Both. We resource planned dry dock campaigns and also attend vessels afloat — alongside or at anchorage — for maintenance and breakdown scopes that cannot wait for the next docking.

Yes. Technicians are deployed with the trade certification, safety training and medical clearance the yard and vessel require. Specialist trades — hydraulic technicians, for example — are supplied against the specific scope.

Yes. Because we are a spares and stores supplier as well, a repair scope can include the engine store materials and consumables the job needs, quoted together with the labour instead of being chased separately.

Work is carried out under agreed supervision with a daily record of progress, and closed out with a completion report covering what was done, what was replaced and any recommendations for the next docking.

Mobilisation time depends on the port, visa requirements and the trades involved. Tell us the port and the window and we will confirm a realistic mobilisation date rather than an optimistic one.
